Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga

Practicing yoga throughout pregnancy has the ability to tend to common pregnancy discomforts as well as is foundational in preparing the mind, body and spirit for labor and birth. My classes are breath-centered and focused on guiding the practitioner inwards so they can listen to their body, intuition, and baby's wisdom while offering space to be curious about the places where these intersect.
I offer prenatal and postpartum group classes to build community support, partner yoga, and 1:1 sessions where we dive deeper into what it is you're specifically looking to address.

INDIVIDUAL 1:1 PRENATAL YOGA
1 HOUR - $90
PACKAGE OF 3 - $249
1:1 BIRTH PREP PARTNER YOGA CLASS
In this 1:1 partner yoga session we move through the stages of labor, how the laboring mother may feel during each stage, and how the support person can be of assistance. A mix of childbirth education, and fun, feel good, practical movements.
1 HOUR - $139
INDIVIDUAL 1:1 POSTNATAL YOGA
1 HOUR - $90
PACKAGE OF 3 - $249
* 1:1 sessions are held at Greenville Yoga or in-home for an additional travel fee.
